Purpose:     To provide professional and financial recognition of competence and achievement that supports the current Nursing Services Strategic Plan. By basing Professional Recognition on the four dimensions of the Nursing Services Strategic Plan we will be able to work toward and recognize those nurses who are actively involved in attaining Regions Hospital's vision.
