If you have any vacation requests for the pay period listed please be sure to send an e-mail to emdstaffing@healthpartners.com by Monday Jan 11, 2010.  Future schedule dates are as follows:

March 21st - April 17, 2010 will be posted by Fri Feb 12th.  Needs will be posted by Monday Feb 15, 2010. Vacation requests will be accepted until Mon Feb 08th for this schedule period.
